INEVITABLE FOUNDATION
As the Communications Associate at Inevitable Foundation, my social media efforts (strategizing, copy writing, graphic design, and more) contributed to a 3,000+ increase in total social media followers, 4,000+ increase in website visits, 1,000+ increase in video plays on Instagram, 500+ likes on a single Instagram post, and 1,000+ likes on a single LinkedIn post.

Young Adult Relief Fund Marketing Strategy
The fund: Unrestricted grants to disabled and underrepresented young adults pursuing careers in writing and filmmaking in Los Angeles.
The challenge: Dispersing the funds despite restrictive eligibility criteria and budget constraints which prevented paid advertising.
The solution: I revised the marketing strategy to concentrate on organic social media, emails, partner toolkits, and Inevitable Foundation's professional network. I created content for and posted regularly on social media, drafted specific emails for our Disabled Creatives newsletter audience, created partner toolkits that incorporated accessible graphics, copy, and alt-text, for easy sharing on social pages and emails, and personally communicated with key players from Inevitable Foundation's community of disabled creatives.
The result: Inevitable Foundation dispersed $26,000 in funds to young disabled creatives living in Los Angeles through my efforts.

Hire Disabled Writers: The initiative aims to dismantle barriers keeping disabled creatives from having sustainable careers in Hollywood, through various efforts, including a letter supported and signed by industry leaders, a fund for disabled creatives, and several other resources for both disabled creatives and executives/showrunners.
The challenge: Inevitable Foundation's efforts, prior to my time as Communications Associate, receiving decreasing engagements, likes, and website visits.
The solution: I decided to speak to our online audiences in a language they spoke fluently: memes. I created a meme strategy, including several succinct and shareable memes which playfully mocked Hollywood’s hiring of disabled creatives as consultants rather than writers.
The results: The memes raised awareness, gained significant likes, were shared by Inevitable Foundation's disabled creatives communities, and increased website traffic to the Hire Disabled Writers landing page.

As the Senior Communications Specialist at Inevitable Foundation, my social media efforts (strategizing, video editing, copy writing, and more) contributed to 1.1M increase in overall post impressions, 1,000% increase in video views, 2.4k increase in Facebook page fans, 3.8k increase in Instagram followers, 2.3k increase in LinkedIn followers, and 1.2k increase in X followers.
