NYC IN 5 HOURS
For the Alliteration Arts launch video, Co-President Arlene Thompson and I challenged ourselves to get to all 5 NYC boroughs in 5 hours to take 5 pictures, using only public transportation.
My roles:
Director, Writer, Co-Producer, Co-Editor, and B-Roll Videographer.

My intention was to instantly grab the audience's attention by immediately introducing the challenge and by including fast-paced and visually engaging shots. And in order to keep the audience engaged, the video moves at a fast pace throughout, includes NYC trivia, archival photography, personal anecdotes, and even bloopers.
From script to production to music to editing, NYC in 5 Hours was made entirely by local NYC creatives.

As the Marketing Associate at RiseBoro Community Partnership, I was responsible for launching the organization's first Town Hall Movie. During the height of the pandemic, for the second Town Hall Movie, I briefly joined fellow employees on the front lines, to document and display their courageous efforts in providing essential services to Brooklyn.
